1. I am of legal age upon entering into this agreement.

2. I have personally attended was personally presented with Gforce Legacy International (GLI) and product demonstration prior to selling the GLI products.

3. This application shall constitute a binding agreement between me and GLI effective upon such time that this application is received and approved by GLI.

4. As a Distributor, I can now engage in the direct selling of all GLI's products and I shall be entitled to corresponding bonuses, discounts and privileges given by the company based on my performance in the sale or delivery of products.

5. As long as I am a Distributor and not in violation of this agreement and the other rules and regulations of the company, GLI shall pay me for my successful sales efforts in accordance with the various bonuses established in the GLI Marketing Plan.

6. There is no required minimum product purchase or minimum inventory purchase requirement.

7. This agreement does not create an employer – employee relationship between GLI and I, neither I shall claim to be a legal representative of GLI nor shall I bind GLI in any agreement.

8. As a Distributor, I will abide by the Company’s rules and regulations and shall be obliged to follow its Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards. Should I commit any violation, I shall be subject to the existing sanctions and penalties provided in the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards and company policy and I absolve GLI from any liability this sanction may cause me.

9. I shall secure a written approval from GLI’s Management representative before making any form of advertising (e.g. social networking sites, internet, online media), including, but not limited to audio, visual and printed materials, other than the Company’s existing marketing collaterals and postings on its official website.

10. I am prohibited from making any misrepresentations, revisions, modifications or alterations of the Company’s trademark, brand, logos, marks, marketing plan, products, marketing collaterals and other company-provided marketing and sales tools. Any such misrepresentations, revisions, modifications or alterations shall be deemed a violation of the Company’s rules, regulations and policies.

11. As a general rule, should my spouse join GLI, my spouse shall automatically be under my sales team structure. Otherwise, it shall constitute a violation of the Company’s policy on the Cross-lining provision which has been fully explained to me and which I have fully understood.

12. I agree that this agreement is personal in nature and cannot be assigned nor transferred except in the event of my death wherein the same may be inherited pursuant to existing laws by an individual who can qualify as a Distributor.

13. I shall only join the sponsor indicated in the application form and I shall follow the “six month rule” in the event I decide to join another sponsor line.

14. I am fully aware that the company reserves the right to modify, revise and update its existing policies and business plan for the best interest of GLI and its Distributors without prior notice.

15. I shall diligently pay to the designated government agency/local government unit all the tax due from the taxable sales bonuses I have earned from the sales of GLI products.

16. I shall conduct all my sales activities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and I shall exclude GLI from any liability or issues that may arise from my own personal action and will.
